United States
Our United States aquaculture farm is located just outside of San Antonio in La Coste, Texas. Here our researchers have created the perfect environment for perfectly-tasting shrimp. This site also serves as the epicenter of the business operation.
Mexico
Our Mexican operation is managed by Grupo Ordonez in Mexico City. Julio and Carlos Ordonez own and manage several business interests in Mexico and the United States. Julio owns Comertel which sells 33% of the pre-paid cell phone cards business in Mexico. He also owns and operates a call center for all of Latin America and employs more than 1200 people.
Carlos owns Escol which provides financial services for Mexican Government employees, and AMCH, which provides inventory control to the public hospitals of Mexico. He also promotes Mexican soccer teams playing in the United States.
Both gentlemen attended La Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City, studying Business Administration and Law. Their businesses generate annual revenues of more than $10 million.
Turkey
The Ovali Group is our partner located in Antakya and Istanbul, Turkey. This group, made up of the four Ovali brothers, (Kenan, Osman, Ilhan and M. Ali) own and manages businesses that generate more than $60 million in annual revenues, focusing on automotive sales and service, automotive air-conditioning distribution, long term auto-leasing, farming and medical clinics. The group has earned some of the highest and most prestigious quality and customer satisfaction awards for superior customer-focused results.
Spain
BE Invest Ltd. will manage NaturalShrimp International's joint venture for the European Union. GambaNatural de España, S.L. is the first subsidiary in Europe and the company will build its first facility in Medina del Campo, Spain. Bjorn Aspheim will direct the partnership and Manuel Poulain has been hired as the Production Manager. In addition, Carmen Sanz has been selected as the Legal Council and Secretary of the company.
GambaNatural has signed a distribution agreement with Izamar , S.A., which has two restaurants, a live seafood distribution business, an onsite retail outlet and a wholesale distribution center at the Mercamadrid. The Mercamadrid is the second largest seafood market in the world where over 15,000 buyers per day make their seafood purchases. BE Invest associates have more than 22 years of international business experience in the seafood industry and have extensive experience with fortune 500 clients, including McDonalds, American Airlines, and Norwegian Caribbean Cruise Lines.
