Setting up your Account

 

       Go to the website www.heidelberggolf.com

       Logging in:

   Enter member # as your user ID

   Your current password is- 1111

       After logging in go to “EDIT PROFILE”

       Update your information

   Pick a new Password

   Enter your e-mail address for your tee time to be e-mailed to you

       Click “SAVE CHANGES”

 

Making a weekday tee time

 

       Log onto T-Timez

       Click on “BOOK SLOT”

       Pick the weekday within the 14 day window

       Click on the time you wish to play

   Your name and number is automatically entered

   Insert the membership number of at least one other player or enter the player's last name, first name for any non-member playing in your group

   Click “SUBMIT”

       Your tee time should now be entered for the day and time requested

 

Entering the lottery for a weekend or holiday tee time

 

       Log onto T-Timez

       Click on “BOOK SLOT”

       Within the 14 day window (highlighted days) pick the weekend day / holiday you would like to play on. (At least five days prior to the date desired as the lottery will be run four days before the actual tee day)

       Click on the desired tee time for that day

   Your name and number is automatically entered as player #1

   Enter the membership number of at least two additional players for player #2 and #3 (if you are bringing a non-member, enter the player's last name, first name.)

   Click “SUBMIT”

       Your request has now been entered into the lottery which will take place four days prior to the requested date.

       E-mail notifications are sent out to those patrons who have been selected for a tee time.

       You can also check the website or call the Pro Shop to see the tee times listing.

 

Making changes / cancellations

 

Cancellations:

       Log onto T-Timez

       Click on “VIEW BOOKINGS”

       Next to the date you wish to make changes to, click on “VIEW GROUP”

       When the group listing pops up, click on “EDIT”

       Check the box (delete – column) next to the player you wish to remove

       Click “DELETE SELECTED”

       Changes have now been made

 

Adding more players to your group:

       If your group is not a foursome and you wish to add another player, go to “BOOK SLOT”

       Click at the tee-time already reserved for your group

       Enter the golfer’s name or membership number to add them to you group

       Click on “SUBMIT”, and to confirm your booking click on “SUBMIT” once more

       Changes have now been made

 

Change of players in your group:

       To clear a player out of your group, go through the steps under ‘Cancellations’

To add the new player, go through steps under ‘Adding more players’
