GETTING STARTED
Welcome to T-Timez for Heidelberg Golf Club, your ONLINE tee time reservation system. You can reserve tee times, view your tee time assignments and group members, make changes, edit or cancel. You can also view your play history and previous playing groups, and you can view your tee sheets for the next week.
All of our authorized users may register in the T-Timez system and may log on anytime 24/7. The tee sheet you view online is active and in real time, and your reservations and changes instantly update your golf shop tee sheet. The TTimez system sends confirming email notices of tee assignments to all play group members. (You must enter your email address in the "Edit Profile" screen. Choose from the main menu bar.) You should also personalize your account by choosing a private password.
The procedure for getting started is outlined below.
Visit or call the pro shop to get registered in the system. Once registered you may follow the directions below. Call or email us in the golf shop if you need help.
Use your browser to go to www.heidelberggolf.com.
- Click on the T-Timez Icon .
- Enter your club player number.
- Enter your password as 4321.
- You are now in the system, and you can then personalize your account by selecting "Edit Profile" and editing your personal information, entering your email address and selecting a password of your choice.
Using the TTimez system is simple and easy to understand. A T-Timez Help section can be selected from the main menu bar, and can help you get started, detailing how to book, edit, and cancel tee times, view play reservations, see playing group reservations for the next week, and also how to edit your personal information. The golf shop staff is always ready to assist and answer your questions. And, you can always get online assistance from customer service at T-Timez. (customerservice@t-timez.com).
